Working for the City We Want

Transit that is reliable

Toronto residents deserve to have a good public transit system that is fast, affordable, and reliable. Transit expansion cannot be a political football that gets delayed time and again. The Eglinton, Sheppard and Finch lines need to go ahead on schedule, with community benefits and good jobs integrated into the work. City Councillors should demand that Queen’s Park restore the traditional funding for operating the expanded system. And they should oppose any attempt to privatize our public transit.
