Working for the City We Want

Libraries, childcare, recreation

We’re all better off in a city with strong public services. Social services, child care, housing, libraries and seniors programs play a key role in ensuring a decent quality of life for all. Recreational programming can end youth isolation, while teaching important life skills and providing jobs to young people. In the last term of Council, many of these were targeted for cuts by the Ford administration. They need to be protected and improved so the city works for everyone.
