Jan 19: In response to the recent report that instructs a dramatic restructuring of the School Board, the TDSB is holding a Special Board Meeting in the evening at 5050 Yonge Street.

Jan 15: The Ontario government has just released a directive ordering the Toronto District School Board to make drastic changes to the role of school trustees, and clearing the way for closing up to 100 schools.

In response, the Toronto & York Labour Council has published a list of Five Inconvenient Questions for the Minister of Education. We recommend reading it before attending the Special Meeting on January 19.
